Both of us have come from very different backgrounds, but arrived ‘firsthand’ at the same conclusion, real estate offers a sure, predictable rate of return over the long run and is a great way to build long-term sustainable wealth.
During the recessions of the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, after the collapse of banks and feelings of fear regarding our family’s financial future, we started intently researching how people really get wealthy in America. The answer is REAL ESTATE INVESTING, especially low risk, high yield niches in real estate like foreclosures and tax liens.
Even after the Great Recession of 2008 and financial shocks from Covid19, real estate kept moving along like a “freight train on a mission,” while stocks and mutual funds oftentimes lost up to 50% in value—at least temporarily. But remember, humans are wired to avoid pain and loss, so many bailed out and lost years of savings and equity.
